Setup

Have team split into partners and stand about 10 yards apart wit a ball.

Instructions

Instruct players to focus on accuracy and aim for their partners chest

Variations

  • Change distance if necessary

Coaching Points

  1. Proper Grip
  2. Upper body rotation
  3. Shoulder pointed at target
  4. Good extension back putting the ball on the shelf behind player
  5. Loose arm on release
  6. Back parallel to ground on follow through
